Paid Summer Internship – Heavy Highway Construction

Who We’re Looking For:
- Current college students in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Hard-working, positive, and eager to learn
- Passionate about a career in construction
What You’ll Do:
- No two days are the same! Your experience could include:
- Assisting crews with traffic control & erosion control
- Hands-on work with grading, paving, and site prep
- Operating small equipment (like skid steers)
- Supporting project managers and foremen in the field
- Learning safety, teamwork, and problem-solving on real job sites
