Director of Young Adult Ministry

New Life Church is seeking a passionate and relational leader to join our team as the Young Adult Ministry Leader. This full-time position focuses on helping college students, twenty-somethings, and young military personnel grow in faith, community, and purpose. The right candidate will have a deep love for Jesus, a strong sense of calling to disciple young adults, and the ability to create engaging, authentic environments where people can belong and believe.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Young Adult Ministry, creating consistent opportunities for worship, discipleship, and community

Build and invest in a leadership team of volunteers and mentors

Develop relationships with local colleges, military communities, and young professionals

Teach biblical truth with creativity, clarity, and relevance

Organize events, retreats, and gatherings that foster spiritual growth and connection

Partner with the Next Gen and Discipleship teams to align with the overall mission and vision of New Life Church

Qualifications

A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Passion for discipling young adults and building community

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience in ministry leadership (paid or volunteer) preferred

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of New Life Church
