• $900 Daily Guarantee (First 90 Days)
• 30–35% of Collections (Tiered Structure)

Requirements

🎓 Qualifications:
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply depending on fit)
• Proficiency in restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, prosthodontics, and pediatrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
