Construction Project Manager
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for complete execution of utility construction projects from contract award through final closeout. This role partners with Estimating, Operations, Finance, Safety, Fleet, and Executive Leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple utility construction projects simultaneously.
- Lead project planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and execution strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, billing, and cash flow.
- Identify, price, negotiate, and manage change orders.
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact.
- Coordinate field operations, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Review contracts, specifications, and subcontract agreements.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely project closeout.
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
