Field Service Engineer (Chinese Required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer to support the installation, electrical commissioning, PLC programming, testing, and delivery of our automation equipment at customer sites.
This is an entry-level opportunity open to recent graduates, as well as candidates with one to two years of relevant experience. New employees will work alongside experienced engineers and receive hands-on technical training. Key Responsibilities
1. Support the installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of automation equipment at customer sites.
2. Perform electrical commissioning, PLC programming and debugging, and equipment troubleshooting.
3. Assist with the configuration and commissioning of HMIs, sensors, variable-frequency drives, servo systems, and other electrical components.
4. Identify and resolve equipment issues at customer sites in coordination with engineering, R&D, and project teams.
5. Assist with customer testing, equipment operation training, and final project delivery.
6. Prepare commissioning records, issue lists, service reports, and other technical documentation.
7. Travel to customer and project sites throughout the United States as required.
Qualifications
1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related field.
2. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with one to two years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
3. Basic knowledge of PLCs, electrical control systems, sensors, variable-frequency drives, or servo systems.
4. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate internally in Chinese and interact with customers in English.
5. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States, including extended project assignments.
6. Strong willingness to learn, a positive work ethic, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
7. Ability to work effectively in customer-site environments and meet project delivery schedules.
8. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive to customer sites when required.
9. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. H-1B lottery sponsorship may be available for qualified employees.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Exposure to Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or other PLC platforms.
2. Experience with PLC programming, HMI commissioning, electrical wiring, or equipment troubleshooting.
3. Internship, academic project, or work experience involving automation equipment, conveyor systems, sorting systems, or industrial production lines.
4. Previous experience with field installation, commissioning, or technical support.
5. Ability to read electrical schematics and English-language technical documentation.
