Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator

Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Simón Landscape is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time office position that serves as an important connection between our customers, management, office staff, and field teams. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers but is also highly organized and able to follow requests through to completion.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering customer phone calls and emails
• Assisting customers with scheduling, service, billing, and account questions
• Receiving and coordinating customer service requests
• Following up on outstanding customer needs and service issues
• Assisting with scheduling and tracking pending work
• Facilitating customer contracts and service agreements, including signatures, renewals, and recordkeeping
• Assisting with invoices, payments, account information, and related customer questions
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Providing administrative support to the CFO and management
• Assisting with general office responsibilities and special projects as needed
• Communicating with Spanish-speaking customers and employees when needed

We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Experience in landscaping, construction, property management, home services, or another service-based business is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Competitive compensation, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
