Position Overview:
Job Title: Benefits Representative (Entry-Level)
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 annually based on performance - please note this is a commission based role
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
What You'll Do:
- Educate members on available permanent and supplemental benefits
- Answer questions and help clients understand their coverage
- Assist with reviewing and updating existing benefits plans
- Deliver exceptional service in a fully virtual environment
Who We're Looking For:
- Individuals with customer service or sales experience are welcome—but not required
- Strong communicators with a professional and compassionate demeanor
- Motivated self-starters who thrive in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented team players with great time management skills
